SERVICES: Housing Support

From Monday to Friday, The Station Ltd has two housing support Workers, Maria and Jackie. Their aim is to provide assistance to individuals who are homeless, itinerant or in unsuitable housing. They focus on supporting individuals finding housing appropriate to specific needs and maintaining a quality of life through encouraging affordable and safe accommodation. Their office is upstairs opposite the kitchen and you need to make an appointment with administration. They can provide services such as:

  • Assistance with NSW department of Housing applications
  • Assistance with Community Housing applications
  • Assistance with Rentstart Applications
  • Assistance with transfer applications
  • Assistance with review decisions
  • Assistance with applying for supported accommodation
  • Assistance with Emergency accommodation
  • Assistance with finding private rentals
  • Assistance with Tenancy issues
  • Advice and information
  • Support and advocacy
  • CALD Specific referrals
  • Home Visits
  • Living skills referrals
  • Home care referrals
