Outreach Services

The Station Ltd has a range of Outreach services such as Centrelink, a Psychiatric Register, a general practitioner and legal teams.

Legal Services
On Mondays from 10:00 am until 12:00 midday The Station Ltd has an outreach service provided by Homeless Persons Legal service. There are two visiting firms HWL Ebsworth and Henry Davis York. The firms provide probono services assisting with legal advice and information, referral, representation and enquiries. To see the lawyers you don’t have to make an appointment, just ask staff to put your name on the list on Monday morning.

Psychiatric Register
On Wednesdays from 8:30 am The Station Ltd has a Psychiatric Register form St Vincent's Mental Health service. They provide services such as mental health assessment, review and follow up, referral, advice and information and medication administration for consumers who are case managed by the local community mental health service. Centrelink Advice
On Thursdays at 11:30 am The Station Ltd has an outreach service from Centrelink Area Sydney East Community Team, her name is Valeria. Valeria can assist with advice and information, any issues or concerns you may be having with your Centrelink payment, registering with Centrelink, applying for a Newstart, DSP or age pension payment, registering to become on the waiting list for the personal support program, fortnightly forms and more. Valeria cannot provide EBT cards or forward payments. To see Valeria, you do not need to make an appointment, simply show up at The Station at 11:30 and line up outside the outreach office.

Healthcare
The Station Ltd now has General Practitioners available on Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 midday. The doctors are from COMET The Community Outreach Medical Emergency Team.
